Challenges
The team's digital marketing relied on multiple disconnected channels, while website changes depended on external development support. That made it harder to move quickly on new listings, landing pages, campaigns, and conversion improvements.
The opportunity was bigger than rebuilding the website. The team needed a marketing setup where the website, traffic acquisition, CRM, email follow-up, and lead re-engagement worked together instead of operating as separate activities.

What I Built
I built and launched the team's WordPress website from scratch using Elementor, giving the marketing function direct control over pages, landing pages, content updates, and conversion testing without waiting on an external developer.
I managed acquisition across SEO, social, email, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, using performance data to continually adjust campaigns and website activity.
On the CRM side, I managed kvCore CRM workflows and built automated re-engagement sequences for dormant leads. This created a more consistent follow-up system and gave older leads another path back into the sales pipeline.
I also handled ongoing SEO and content optimization, including keyword research, on-page improvements, and performance monitoring to strengthen organic visibility alongside paid acquisition.

Operational Impact
Bringing the website and marketing execution in-house removed the team's dependency on external developers for routine landing-page and campaign changes, allowing updates and CRO tests to be launched much faster.
The broader digital strategy contributed to 50% sales growth in 2022. CRM re-engagement sequences also contributed to 20% revenue growth in the first year by bringing dormant leads back into active follow-up.
More importantly, the team moved from separate marketing activities toward a connected system where traffic acquisition, website conversion, CRM follow-up, and re-engagement supported each other.
