What is a good CRM Health Score?

In this assessment, scores from 80–100 are considered Healthy, 60–79 Functional, 40–59 Unstable, and 0–39 Needs Attention. The score is directional rather than a formal certification.

Does a low score mean I need a new CRM?

No. A low score does not necessarily mean your CRM software is the problem. In many cases, the bigger issue is how the system is configured, maintained, or used by the team.
